The owner-managed family-run company is today managed by Dr. André Ramme, representing the second generation of the family to do so.

We were established in 1990 and have been setting things in motion worldwide too since 1992. Our partners are now not only located in Germany but also in Switzerland, Austria, the US, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and other countries.

Our many years of experience in the calculation, development and construction of electric motors and generators that we have developed and expanded lays the firm foundation for an unrivalled range of services. However, we not only ensure motion: we are also constantly on the move ourselves, with practice-oriented research and development resulting in products that meet the needs of markets and customers.

This is supplemented by a new and comprehensive range of services that focus on our customers' requirements. Our company with its 75 staff is characterised by maximum flexibility. We encourage our employees to act under their own responsibility with high commitment, to contribute their own know-how and to help shape the development of the company in a constructive manner.

After the completion of the new production hall in 2009, our company premises now cover a total of 10,000 m² (of which 4,000 m² are purely production areas). For some years now, we have regularly trained apprentices and we also strive to take them on afterwards in our company.
