For the hardest applications

Various industrial processing methods and processes require high torques with a dynamic machine behavior. RAMME has added the option HeavyDuty due to its standard machine catalogue. Here an extreme vibration load or axial and radial forces are taken into account. In this package, the machine receives increased bearings and the housing is enforced where needed so that they can withstand these conditions. Also hollow shaft options are possible.

The RAMME heavy duty machines are on one hand characterized by their high dynamics. On the other hand, the motors are extremely mechanically robust, so that they can cope with shock loads, for example in metalworking, in the range of up to 10 g and thus have an increased vibration resistance.

This allows our customers to rely on our existing standard machines even in extreme conditions and to take full advantage of the standard machines without sacrificing the service life or price of the machines.
